Chef Mathew grew up in Perth County and did his apprenticeship at some of Stratford and Londons best restaurants including, The Church Restaurant, Michales on the Thames and Garlics. He then moved the Whistler B.C and worked on the mountain at Christines restaurant at an elevation of 6000 ft.  Chef Mathew then voyaged at sea aboard some of the largest cruise-ships in the world catering to thousands  of guests. He then returned to his "roots" cooking farm to table in a food truck using only local suppliers for his fun street inspired menus. 

He now brings the best of his knowledge and skill to your guests creating homestyle and elevated inspired dishes using the best of locally source ingredients. Chef Mathew started the CGA a local Chefs and Growers association meant to help bridge the gap between local growers and Chefs.
